4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation and refund of the unavailable item.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process.
- Only prepaid payments through UPI are accepted.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- An order will be considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.
Soukhin Heritage reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel an order placed at an incorrect price due to technical or human error.
6. Order Confirmation
After successfully placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided by you.
Please ensure that your:
- Name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Complete shipping address
- PIN code
are accurate and up to date.
Soukhin Heritage will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver products across India.
- Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- During festivals, sales, or periods of high demand, processing and dispatch may take longer.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable on all orders.
- Delivery within West Bengal generally takes approximately 2–5 business days.
- Delivery to the rest of India generally takes approximately 4–8 business days.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics, holidays, remote locations, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

8. Cancellation
Order cancellation requests are accepted only if made within 24 hours of placing the order.
If an eligible cancellation request is received within this period, the total order amount will be refunded.
Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted if the order has already entered processing or dispatch.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only in cases where:
- The product received is damaged; or
- The product received is incorrect/wrong.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.
An unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package from the beginning to the end of the opening process is mandatory for claims relating to damaged or incorrect products.

10. Return Shipping
For an eligible return:
- The customer is required to self-ship the product using India Speed Post.
- The product must be securely packed to prevent further damage during transit.
- Once the returned product is received and verified, the eligible return shipping cost will be reimbursed as per our policy.
11. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the eligible refund will be processed.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- The original shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may depend on the payment provider or banking institution.
12. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the product and package
- An unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package from start to finish
- A brief description of the issue
Claims without the required unboxing video may not be eligible for return or refund.
13. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Soukhin Heritage website, including but not limited to:
- Logo and brand identity
- Product photographs
- Product descriptions
- Text and written content
- Graphics and illustrations
- Website design and layout
- Images, banners, and promotional materials
is owned by or licensed to Soukhin Heritage and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.
