Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Soukhin Heritage, we carefully inspect and pack our handcrafted products before dispatch. We want you to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. This policy explains the conditions applicable to order cancellation, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests received within this period will be considered for cancellation.
Upon successful cancellation, the total amount paid for the order will be refunded.
Cancellation requests received after 24 hours may not be accepted, as the order may already have entered the processing or dispatch stage.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged.
The product received is different from the product ordered / incorrect product.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, colour variation, minor differences in handmade products, or any other reason not covered under the above conditions.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

For any claim relating to a damaged or incorrect product, an unedited, continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

Clearly show the sealed package before opening.
Show the package being opened from start to finish without cuts or editing.
Clearly show the product received and the issue/damage.
Be retained by the customer until the claim has been completely resolved.

Claims without a valid, unedited unboxing video may not be accepted.

We strongly recommend recording the complete unboxing process immediately after receiving your package.

4. Return Request Period

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.

The return request should include:

Order number
Details of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and package, where applicable
The required unedited unboxing video

Requests received after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return.

5. Return Shipping

If your return request is approved, the customer will initially be required to self-ship the product using India Speed Post.

Please ensure that the product is securely packed to prevent any further damage during return transit.

Once the returned product is received and verified by Soukhin Heritage, the eligible return shipping cost will be reimbursed.

Customers are requested to retain the India Speed Post receipt and proof of postage until the return and refund process is completed.

6. Return Inspection

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.

The return will be processed only after we verify that:

The returned product corresponds to the original order.
The reported damage or incorrect-product issue is valid.
The product meets the applicable return conditions.

If the returned product does not meet the return requirements, the refund may not be applicable.

7. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and successfully verified, the refund will be processed.

The refund amount will be calculated as follows:

Refund Amount = Eligible Product Amount − Original Shipping Charges

The original shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the order.

8. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product has been received and approved, we will initiate the refund process.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

9. Important Conditions

Please do not send a product back without receiving return instructions/approval from Soukhin Heritage.
Products should be returned in appropriate condition and securely packed.
Any product that has been altered, misused, damaged after delivery, or returned for reasons outside the applicable return conditions may not qualify for a refund.
Since many of our products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, pattern, or finish may naturally occur and will not necessarily be considered defects.
