This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, shipping charges, delivery timelines, tracking, and other shipping-related terms.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful confirmation of payment.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during festivals, promotional campaigns, sales, or periods of high order volume may require additional processing time.
Dispatch and delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Payment & Cash on Delivery

Soukhin Heritage currently accepts prepaid payments only through UPI.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

An order will be processed for dispatch only after the payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

3. Shipping Across India

We currently provide shipping services across India.

A flat shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable to all orders, irrespective of the order value or delivery location.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery timelines are:

The above timelines are estimates only and are calculated from the date of dispatch. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, holidays, logistical conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the courier tracking ID via WhatsApp.

You can use the tracking information to check the status and movement of your shipment.

Please ensure that the mobile number provided while placing the order is active and accessible on WhatsApp.

6. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of placing an order.

Soukhin Heritage will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

Festivals and public holidays
High order volumes
Weather conditions
Transportation or logistical disruptions
Courier service delays
Natural events or other unforeseen circumstances

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

8. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, incorrect contact information, refusal to accept the package, or repeated delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us by the courier.

In such cases, customers may be required to bear applicable re-shipping charges before the order can be dispatched again.

9. Damaged Package at Delivery

We take care to pack our handcrafted products securely before dispatch.

If the outer package appears seriously damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take photographs/videos of the package and contact us as soon as possible.

Any issue related to a damaged or incorrect product will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
